Marketing Campaign


Customer Picks



Since “Jenna’s Picks” has proved to be so successful for J.Crew I would like my marketing campaign to be customer picks called “JCrewaholics’ Anonymous”. The campaign will pop up as the first thing on the homescreen and unless when you view other merchandise on the website there will be a “quick look” feature where by simply putting your mouse over the photo you can see a magnified picture of the garment along with a basic description and price. J.Crew does not have an instagram so as part of this marketing campaign I would have J.Crew create an instagram account, and have JCrewaholics mention J.Crew in photos they upload wearing pieces from the highlighted collection with the hashtag “#imajcrewaholic”. Every week J.Crew will pick the best photo submitted and post it to the J.Crew instagram. The winner will receive a $100.00 gift card to J.Crew. This campaign will help to increase the amount of visitors to the J.Crew website and it will help them compete with other retailers such as Gap and Nordstrom.
